Once we arrived at the cricket grounds we decided to go for a warm up, after that we began. First we played Wareham and we all played really well but unfortunately we lost that match, then we moved on to the next game against Wyke. We played fantastically well and did some cracking hits but unfortunately we lost that game as well. The next game we won by quite a large amount of hits. Then it was lunch. After lunch we warmed up a little bit more and then we went back to playing cricket. This game we so almost won but we just lost. Then we came to our final game the most important game.  (By Aaron Parker, age 11)

The cricket final was at Bryanston School on the 19/6/09.The first game that we played was against Wareham school cricket team and we lost the game.The next game we played we came close to winning against Wyke but lost by 11 runs. Then we got  through to play for 9th/10th and 11th place. We lost in our first playoff but won our second. We finished in 11th place but this was out of the whole county.  (By Charlie Judd, age 11)

We played on the 19th June 2009 for the cricket council final.We went to Bryanston to go and play cricket and our first match was against  Wareham and we lost against them by 12 wickets. Our team for that was: CharlieG, CharlieJ, Rob, Kieran, Aaron, George, Charlotte and me, Liam. Our second match was against Wyke and we also lost that match but I'm not sure by how much. The team we had for that was CharlieG, CharlieJ, Kieran, Aaron, Rob, Ellena, JoeC and Rosie.Then we WON finally by forefit. Out of ranking we came third out of fourth which wasn't that bad for us anyway. (By Liam Mogridge, age 11)
